Straight answers

Is the estimate really free?
Yes — it says so on our truck. We come out, look at the tree, and give you a firm price with no charge and no obligation. If you’d rather not wait for a visit, text a photo to (469) 315-5403 and we’ll give you a ballpark straight away.
Do you take the stump out too?
We can. Removal and stump grinding are priced separately, so you can take the tree down now and grind the stump later if you’d rather split the cost. Grinding also cuts insect activity and stops the stump re-sprouting, and it frees the spot up for new planting or sod.
What happens to all the branches and logs?
Brush goes straight through our chipper on site and the logs get hauled out on our truck — it’s all included in the quoted price. We rake and blow off the yard, drive and walkways before we leave. If you want the firewood kept, just say so and we’ll stack it.
Can you work around my house, fence and power lines?
That’s most of what we do. Tight backyards get rigged and lowered piece by piece on ropes rather than dropped, so nothing lands on your roof, fence, shed or beds. If a limb is genuinely in contact with a service line, that section has to be cleared by the utility first — we’ll tell you honestly if that’s the case.
A storm just brought a tree down — how fast can you get here?

My tree looks sick rather than dangerous. Can you help?
Yes. We understand the challenges of the regional climate and the common tree pests and diseases in North Texas. Sometimes the right answer is correct pruning to get airflow and growth back, not removal — and we’ll tell you which one your tree actually needs.
